It has been established that cancer is currently the third most common cause of death in Kenya.

Elimination of cancer menace cannot be left to Governments alone. Indeed, even in rich, developed countries private organizations and individuals are at the forefront of the battle against cancer. It is a task that requires the combined efforts of all.

In order for the initiative to fulfil its goals and objectives, considerable resources will be required. We appeal to corporations, funding agencies, civil society, and individuals for their support. When you are enjoying good health in a country where cancer has become rampant, remember the saying "There but for the grace of God go I".

It is our hope that you will be able to join us in this noble and worthy cause with the goal of contributing to the reduction of health and social economic impacts of cancer. Together when we combine our efforts , we can significantly change the adverse effects of cancer in the society.
